We mention some of these ethics mentioned in the Yemeni medical constitution, including:
1. Every medical act must be aimed at the patient’s absolute interest, have a necessity to justify, and be satisfied and satisfy his guardian if he is minors or unconscious.
2. It is not permissible to end the life of a patient suffering from an incurable and incurable disease, regardless of the pain that accompanies it, whether for direct or indirect intervention, except for brain death, which is according to the scientific conditions approved by the Medical Association.
3. A physician who occupies a position is prohibited from exploiting this position, whether administrative, political, or social for professional purposes aimed at increasing his patients. He is also prohibited from exploiting his position to obtain material gain from patients or resorting to methods that can harm the medical profession, especially those that enter In a group of deceit, fraud, or claiming to have discovered a method of diagnosis or treatment that is not scientifically proven.
4. It is prohibited for the doctor to perform any work that is inconsistent with the dignity of the profession.
5. Upon accepting the care of any person, whether in his private clinic or in the hospital, the physician shall make every effort and energy to provide care, sympathy and devotion to all patients alike.
6. The physician, regardless of his work or specialization, must provide first aid to the patient whose life is threatened by danger unless there is force majeure to prevent this.
